buy cipro

Hi I saw my GP on monday and she tested my urine and did some bloods, had results today and I have pyelonephritis. She has prescribed me ciprofloxacin. I have literally vomitted so, so much since i've been feeling ill, I still feel awful and have a lot of pain in my kidneys/lower abdomen. Shall I just go back to the Gp about the pain and vomitting? Help please Im feeling so miserable.
